Mr. Holliday has 20 years experience, optimizing processes through Lean Manufacturing, Human Factors, TQM and Six Sigma methods. He has a wide variety of experiences in many industries including but not limited to aerospace, military, telecommunications, health care and automotive. He has worldwide auditing experience auditing manufacturing quality and testing operations at over 100 sites in Australia, Belgium, Japan, Canada, Mexico and the United States. He has developed reliability programs at several commercial and military aerospace corporations. He has recently been working within the health care profession as a consultant to improve throughput and increase bed turns through a combination of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies within hospital settings. He is an experienced teacher, leader, motivator and curriculum developer.
