FAQ:

The first step is to identify what you want to discuss for improvement. Then call and we can set up a meeting to review our processes and how it specifically relates to your problem.

How much is this going to cost?

The first meeting will last one hour and the cost for that is $50.00. Our prices obviously are dependent upon the course of action we decide upon with you our customer playing a major role in the process.

We have flat fees for certain activities or we can charge by the hour for services, the choice is yours.

How long will it take?

That depends on the list of activities that the customer with our help generates, and which activity(s) the customer wishes to address first.

Will your activities be disruptive to our normal routine?

We are not at your facility to become a burden. We enter at your invitation and will only stay as long as we are invited in. Our plan includes you as a participant during the entire process, at whatever level of participation you wish to have.

What am I expected to do?

Your level of activity is dependent on your desire and your senior management’s goals and directions. We are comfortable with any level of participation you desire.

Will we be able to continue after you leave?

We develop processes and procedures that are easy to maintain and robust enough to handle new situations.

Will I lose my job because of these new procedures?

Our philosophy is that it is not the people that are the problem, rather the processes and procedures that make the job difficult and increase errors.

Will my patients be affected?

We are not licensed medical personnel and it is not our job to get involved with your patients. Our activities are designed to enhance the processes that you are currently following and in some cases modify steps or activities to enhance your interactions with patients and facilitate patient satisfaction.
